Chancery Park is ideally situated in an exclusive private residential enclave which is within quick and easy reach of city core. It offers parents wanting to admit their kids into a good school like Anglo Chinese Primary, that additional edge because of the priority admission qualification. Children living within 1 km of the school gets first choice.
The external facade is aesthetically pleasing though it is 25 years old. Some of the apartment units have odd shaped rooms but if you need space and spacious layouts, older projects like this one should be on your short list. Chancery Park exudes an ambience of tranquillity and exclusivity. Usage of the condo facilities is low, hence one can have the pool all to oneself if that is any consolation.
For everyday needs, Cold Storage is a short walk away. The nearby Balmoral Plaza with 86 business outlets give added convenience.
Further down at the Orchard Road strip, the shopping district becomes your playground.
And of course, if you need clubbing, American Club at Claymore Hill may well be a natural choice.
