A three-story "super penthouse" perched atop Wallich Residence, Singapore's tallest building has found a buyer in the person of James Dyson, a Bristish billionaire and the inventor of the bag less vacuum cleaner
Reportedly sold for a bagful of dollars - S$73.8 million to be precise – the 5 bedroom super duper penthouse with 21,000 sq ft of floor space has its own private lift, replete with pool, jacuzzi and a private garden overlooking the city and Marina Bay Sands. Singapore's most expensive apartment originally came with S$100 million price tag in 2017.
Wallich Residence, a development with 181 residential units comprises one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, four penthouses and one "super penthouse".
At 72, Dyson plans to relocate his company's head office from Britain to Singapore where he aims to build its first electric car here.
