An off spring of Singapore’s Dynamic Transition

Alongside with Marina Bay, the Beach Road / Ophir-Rochor Corridor is undergoing transformation to create a more vibrant city landscape in line with the objective of solidifying Singapore as a global city.

Consequently, M+S, a joint venture between Khazanah Nasional and Temasek Holdings, has awarded a Japanese contractor and a Korean consortium of builders over $2 billion worth of contracts for work on two mixed use development projects - DUO and Marina One.

DUO is spearheaded by Ole Scheeren, the lead architect from Germany, for this project.  The net outcome of his work is reflected in his design to make DUO into a kind of urban poché, co-opting DUO into adjacent buildings to blend into the surrounding architecture.

DUO project consists of DUO Residences, a 49-storey residential tower with 660 apartments  and DUO Tower, a 39-storey commercial and hotel complex.



DUO Residences is a 49-storey residential tower with 660 units of premium residences, with well equipped modern appliances, including coffee machine  (4 bedder) and washer cum dryer. Selected 1 Bedroom types will also be fitted with 'full sliding door / wall', intended to add a dimension of versatility to living spaces.



The commercial 39-storey DUO's  tower provides a live-work-play environment in the Ophir-Rochor corridor targetted for high growth under the URA master plan.

DUO Tower has 20 levels of Grade-A office floors, with sweeping vistas of Singapore city centre. It also has the largest floor plate in the Bugis micro-market.

DUO Tower is also Green Mark Platinum Certified.



Galleria is a retail outlet with a unique gallery of boutiques and a basement car park.. It boasts a direct underground connection to the Bugis MRT Station, The Galleria comes with a dedicated outdoor event space set amidst lush greenery.
